Position Overview

Conquer Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Small & Medium Business (SMB) Manager – Retail to lead and drive retail business operations across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing store performance, achieving revenue targets, executing growth strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong retail leader with proven expertise in business development, team management, operational excellence, and multi-location retail operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee retail business operations across designated regions.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets within the SMB segment.
• Develop and implement regional retail strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers and Team Leads to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze key business metrics (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when required.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless business execution.
• Prepare periodic business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic improvement plans

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
Any Graduate qualification is acceptable.
5 to 6 years of relevant experience in retail operations, including experience as a Store Lead or Store Manager.
Demonstrated success in managing business performance and achieving sales objectives.

• Exposure to SMB business development and growth strategies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving customer requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on business expansion and profitability.

Employment Details–Experience: 5-6 Years Employment Type: Permanent Location: Hyderabad CTC Range: 8-14 Lakhs per annum
