- Support and drive sales of Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone, Accessories, AppleCare) in the SMB segment.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and referrals to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a basic sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Apple products under guidance from seniors.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order follow-ups as per approved pricing.
- Coordinate with distributors, internal sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist in responding to RFQs and online enquiries within defined timelines.
- Support senior sales members in account management and deal closures.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Learn Apple products, pricing, and sales processes and become customer-facing within 30 days of joining.
- Track daily activities, follow-ups, and closures and report updates to the Reporting Manager.
- Stay informed about Apple product updates and basic competitor offerings.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Education: Any Degree
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in IT / Electronics / Apple product sales (SMB preferred)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic understanding of sales cycles, quotations, and order processing
- Willingness to learn products and sales processes quickly
- Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and target-driven environment
