- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored networking solutions.
- Design and present technical networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, SD-WAN, network security, and cloud networking.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises and pilot projects to validate solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Support sales teams by articulating solution value and competitive advantages.
- Create solution documents, network diagrams, and BoMs for proposals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams for solution alignment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of networking products (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.) and emerging technologies.
- Continuously upgrade personal certifications, attend training sessions, and stay updated with emerging networking technologies.
- Ensure a smooth handover of finalized designs and project scope to the post-sales delivery teams.
