  1. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region to meet revenue and profitability targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives or account managers. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Market Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support regional growth. Expand the company’s presence in the region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  6. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations. Provide accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
