Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Performance Monitoring:

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Market Development:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support regional growth.
Expand the company’s presence in the region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region.
