Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with organizational objectives.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and account managers.
Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns in the region.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track regional sales performance using key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Forecast sales volumes and budgets to ensure accurate financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Market Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
