Presales Consultant

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Partner with sales teams to identify and engage with potential customers.
Conduct detailed needs analysis and discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and objectives.
Present Apple products, services, and solutions in a compelling and tailored manner.

Solution Design:
Design and recommend solutions leveraging Apple hardware, software, and services.
Create custom demonstrations, proof of concepts, and pilot projects to showcase value.
Collaborate with technical teams to address customer requirements, integrations, and scalability.

Collaboration:
Work closely with account executives, engineers, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Support the RFP/RFI process, providing detailed responses and solution diagrams as needed.

Market & Product Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with Apple’s evolving product portfolio, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Serve as a subject matter expert, educating customers and partners on Apple’s ecosystem benefits.

Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on presales activities, pipeline progression, and customer feedback.
Use insights to refine engagement strategies and improve solution offerings.
