Roles & Responsibilities
- An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including
- Outbound prospecting (F2F Meetings) to generate new leads
- Collaborating with Inside Sales, Pre Sales  and other teams to conduct progression of sales cycle.
- Nurturing prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the sales funnel
- Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding & order processingÂ
- Attain & Exceed Quarterly Sales Quotas.Â
- Competitive commission structure (one of the best in the industry).

Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years in IT Hardware & Solution Sales with a proven track record in a similar role
- Experienced in F2F Customer Meetings, Identifying & Nurturing Opportunities
- Education: MBA or Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as probing, Question-Based Selling, Solution Selling etc.
- Background in similar sales experience with OEMs, Channel Partners is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and a proactive go-getter
