Office & Facility Management

    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office premises, facilities, and infrastructure.
    • Manage vendors, service providers, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

    Administration & Coordination

      • Supervise the administrative team and allocate tasks efficiently.
      • Maintain office records, contracts, and confidential documents.
      • Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and visitors.

      Procurement & Asset Management

        • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
        • Oversee procurement processes and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
        • Maintain asset registers for office equipment and IT hardware.

        Compliance & Policy Implementation

          • Ensure all administrative processes comply with organizational policies and statutory laws.
          • Support HR and Finance in audits, documentation, and record management.

          Communication & Stakeholder Management

            • Serve as the point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders for administrative matters.
            • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.

            Team Leadership & Development

              • Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of the admin team.
              • Provide training to improve process efficiency and service quality.
