  2. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
  5. Hire and build out an enterprise sales team.
  6. Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
  7. Accelerate customer adoption.
  8. Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  9. Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
  10. Manage contract negotiations.
  11. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  12. Acquire thorough knowledge of the products and be customer facing within 1 month from the date of joining.
  13. Co-ordinate with technical services/delivery team for solutions articulation and feasibility.
  14. Responding to online bids/RFI/RFP well within deadlines.
  15. Coordinating sales strategy, solution design& Commercial inputs.
  16. Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  17. Contribute in product centric selling strategies.
  18. Ability to quickly learn the product /application and map it with customer requirements with in product boundaries.
  19. Visiting corporate customers.
  20. Giving Product demo.
  21. Enhance Business payment collection.
