  1. Consult with department heads & managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s)
  2. Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
  3. Design an immaculate Job description that suits the requirement for each position
  4. Post jobs on company career site, job portals and social media sites. Use various channels to source candidates
  5. Host and participate in job fairs, including virtual opportunities to connect with potential candidates
  6. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
  7. Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable company norms
  8. Manage the end to end recruitment including screening process, resume screening, interviewing, follow-ups with hiring managers after the interview on candidate feedback
  9. Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process
  10. Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  11. Schedule post-offer employment verification and run background checks
  12. Conduct new hire orientation and employment onboarding
  13. Assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all employees.

Desired skills and qualifications

  1. Minimum Graduation or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  2. 3+ years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  3. Proficiency with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  4. Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  5. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
  7. Possess keen attention to detail & understanding on the differences between various roles within organization
  8. Must possess a team-oriented mindset with the willingness to pitch in when called upon, and take up additional duties as assigned
