- Design and propose comprehensive security solutions across multiple technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, data protection, and identity management.
- Lead customer-facing technical sessions to assess their security posture and align solutions with their specific needs and business objectives.
- Architect solutions leveraging technologies such as firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, CASB, DLP, NGFW, and zero-trust architectures.
- Demonstrate solutions through live demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and security assessments, highlighting how the proposed solution mitigates risks and enhances security posture.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs by providing detailed technical documentation, solution architectures, and competitive analysis to support sales efforts.
- Work with customers to implement security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Guide customers in selecting and integrating the right mix of security tools and platforms from vendors like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Check Point, Microsoft, etc.
- Educate customers on emerging cybersecurity trends, helping them understand advanced threat protection, incident response, and vulnerability management strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with customer requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on new security technologies, attack vectors, and threat intelligence to maintain expertise in a fast-evolving security landscape.
