1.Understand customer requirements and propose tailored networking solutions.
2.Design and present technical networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, SD-WAN, network security, and cloud networking.
3.Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
4.Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises and pilot projects to validate solutions.
5.Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
6.Build strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
7.Support sales teams by articulating solution value and competitive advantages.
8.Create solution documents, network diagrams, and BoMs for proposals.
9.Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams for solution alignment.
10.Maintain a deep understanding of networking products (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.) and emerging technologies.
11.Continuously upgrade personal certifications, attend training sessions, and stay updated with emerging networking technologies.
12.Ensure a smooth handover of finalized designs and project scope to the post-sales delivery teams.
