- Manage key enterprise accounts and ensure satisfaction through consistent engagement.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns.
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and business insights to stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual service revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new enterprise clients in targeted industries.
- Develop tailored service proposals and effectively communicate the value of Conquer’s enterprise offerings.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business.
Service Portfolio & Market Strategy
- Develop and enhance Conquer’s enterprise service portfolio based on client feedback and market trends.
- Support pricing, proposal design, and process enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Enterprise Service team across multiple cities.
- Set team goals, review performance, and promote a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational objectives and client expectations.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to service locations in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam.
- Ensure consistent communication and operational alignment across regional teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by influencing, motivating, and inspiring internal teams.
- Work cross-functionally with the operations, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, case studies, and promotional activities to highlight the Conquer brand.
