  3. Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery.
  4. Prepare and present detailed performance reports and business insights to stakeholders.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual service revenue targets.
  6. Identify, approach, and onboard new enterprise clients in targeted industries.
  7. Develop tailored service proposals and effectively communicate the value of Conquer’s enterprise offerings.
  8. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business.

Service Portfolio & Market Strategy

  1. Develop and enhance Conquer’s enterprise service portfolio based on client feedback and market trends.
  2. Support pricing, proposal design, and process enhancements to maintain competitiveness.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the Enterprise Service team across multiple cities.
  4. Set team goals, review performance, and promote a culture of accountability and ownership.
  5. Ensure alignment of team efforts with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to service locations in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam.
  7. Ensure consistent communication and operational alignment across regional teams.
  8. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by influencing, motivating, and inspiring internal teams.
  9. Work cross-functionally with the operations, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, case studies, and promotional activities to highlight the Conquer brand.
