- Consult with department heads & managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s)
- Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
- Design an immaculate Job description that suits the requirement for each position
- Post jobs on company career site, job portals and social media sites. Use various channels to source candidates
- Host and participate in job fairs, including virtual opportunities to connect with potential candidates
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable company norms
- Manage the end to end recruitment including screening process, resume screening, interviewing, follow-ups with hiring managers after the interview on candidate feedback
- Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Schedule post-offer employment verification and run background checks
- Conduct new hire orientation and employment onboarding
- Assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all employees.
Desired skills and qualifications
- Minimum Graduation or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- 3+ years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Possess keen attention to detail & understanding on the differences between various roles within organization
- Must possess a team-oriented mindset with the willingness to pitch in when called upon, and take up additional duties as assigned
