As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager you are required to design and lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy, driving initiatives to attract, source, and hire top talent while building a strong employer brand. They collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, manage talent pipelines, analyze recruitment metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement innovative, long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including job description creation, sourcing via job boards/social media/networking, screening, and interview coordination
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to identify improvements.
- Employer Brand: Represent the company at networking events and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Process Improvement: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI tools to streamline processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, often 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data analysis to drive hiring decisions.
- Technology: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
