Roles & Responsibilities

  • An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including
  • Outbound prospecting (F2F Meetings) to generate new leads
  • Collaborating with Inside Sales, Pre Sales  and other teams to conduct progression of sales cycle.
  • Nurturing prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the sales funnel
  • Closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for onboarding &  order processing 
  • Attain & Exceed Quarterly Sales Quotas. 
  • Competitive commission structure (one of the best in the industry).

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years in IT Hardware & Solution Sales with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Experienced in F2F Customer Meetings, Identifying & Nurturing Opportunities
  • Education: MBA or Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as probing, Question-Based Selling, Solution Selling etc.
  • Background in similar sales experience with OEMs, Channel Partners is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and a proactive go-getter
