Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with decision-makers (Deans, HODs, Principals, Academic Heads).
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and aligning Apple solutions effectively.
Opportunity Identification
Proactively identify new opportunities in K-12 and Higher Education institutions.
Deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions that enhance digital learning.
Consultative Selling & Presentations
Conduct impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to education institutions.
Position Apple’s ecosystem (iPad, Mac, software, and services) as a complete solution.
Market Strategy & Research
Develop go-to-market strategies by researching high-potential prospects and upcoming institutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor landscape, and EdTech adoption.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Apple Education Specialists, technical pre-sales, and service teams) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Coordinate with Apple’s education team for APLS sessions, Apple Professional Development programs, and Education Talks.
Proposal & Negotiation
Draft proposals, quotations, and business cases tailored to institutional requirements.
Negotiate effectively to close business while maintaining profitability.
Travel & Territory Management
Visit schools, universities, and institutions across the assigned territory to strengthen engagement.
Participate in education events, exhibitions, and Apple-led initiatives.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM entries, and activity reports.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, achievements, and support required.
