Nothing says more about Conquer than its enviable and growing list of clients. Large multinationals, midsize manufacturing firms, specialised entities such as newspapers and printing, social media and search companies, design and advertising firms, movie directors, film actors, professionals and individuals. What does this tell you? That in Conquer they find a technology provider and a seller of the famed Apple products? No, that is just half the story. Th other half is lying in experiences and expectations. Experiences which define the company and expectations which ensure that Conquer constantly raises its own bar and that of the industry. Coping with it and actually staying ahead of the curve has meant a lot to team Conquer.

We started small

Two engineers and a dream. To service , service and service was the commitment we gave to our clients. While this continues to be the bedrock, today we are 250 strong, 9 offices and a relationship with Apple as an Authorised Reseller, Service Provider and Training Centre. This has happened only by virtue of a clear understanding of the future we were seeking and what it takes to achieve that future. So with time and evolving goals came more people, more growth and more importantly an insightful understanding of Apple technology.

It is not uncommon even today to come across customers who ask us basic questions on machines and how to use them. While on the other hand, for example we have demanding customers whose expectations we meet with knowledge and solutions - our self developed iPad apps for dentistry and jewellery. This is just one way we live upto a reputation we have built and stay in demand as a provider who can suggest imaginative and productive ways of using iPad for business. Need diagnosis- solution- delivery and knowledge transfer is a typical Conquer loop. That’s the reason we exist and perhaps a compelling reason for Conquer to grow into Conquer.

Our entry into new geographies is also a well thought one built on the foundations of need based learning about customer types, customer situations, processes and uncovering the expectations of the market. This repertoire of learnings help us strategise our customised entry into various markets. For instance while our larger position is that of an ace service provider, our first steps into Chennai were very different from Bengaluru or for that matter Kakinada and Vijayawada.
