About the Organization:

The Telangana State Police Department is the law enforcement agency for the state of Telangana in India that is committed to providing effective and efficient Police service to the community. 

The Challenge

The Telengana Police department encountered these four major roadblocks to be able to operate efficiently:

• FIR Registration used to be manual Process
• Reports to be stocked up in files
• Working on Desktops
• No Centralized server for records

The Solution

Our list of solutions was simple and affordable. To tackle the issues, we recommended:

• iPads to their 1200 Police workforce operating in and around Hyderabad
• Working on App based Solution along with Apple that may be developed through a credible agency
• A Live Witness upload protocol on the centralized Server
• On Spot FIR Registration thru Customized App
• Implementing MDM
• Trainings for Expanding to Rural Police stations

The Results

The solution was aimed at increasing the efficiency of FIRs with the Live witness upload program via the iPad. In fact, compliance has doubled post implementation of the solution.
